How do I cancel my subscription or get a refund?

Because RV SMART Garage uses the secure payment systems of Apple and Google, we do not handle billing data directly. To cancel, go to your phone's Settings > Subscriptions. For refunds, you must request them directly through Apple or Google, as they hold the transaction records.

Why isn't my uploaded manual showing up yet?

To keep our community safe and accurate, all crowd-sourced manuals require Admin approval before they go public. This process typically takes 24-48 hours. Once approved, it will be available in the public library.

If I delete my account, what happens to my uploads?

Your personal data (email, vehicle logs) will be deleted. However, if you contributed a Manual to the public library, it may remain available to the community to ensure continuity for other users, but it will be anonymized and no longer linked to you.

Is the AI advice guaranteed to be correct?

No. The AI Assistant provides guidance based on general documentation. It is not a substitute for a professional mechanic. Always verify critical maintenance advice with a certified professional.

Why does my vehicle show a recall?

We pull data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) database. While we strive for accuracy, government databases can sometimes be delayed. If you see a recall, please verify it with your authorized dealer.
