D12 Development LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the RV SMART Garage application (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our App on iOS, Android, and Web.

A. Information You Provide
Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address for authentication and communication.
Vehicle Data: We collect information you enter about your vehicles (make, model, year, VIN, service history) to provide the garage management features.
Uploaded Content: We collect photos (receipts) and files (PDF manuals) that you upload.
AI Interactions: We store the history of your conversations with the AI Assistant to allow you to recall past advice and to improve the context of future answers.
B. Information Collected Automatically
Usage Data: We collect data on how you interact with the App (e.g., features used, time spent) to power our "Insights & Analytics" dashboard and to improve the App.
Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device (e.g., device ID, operating system) for troubleshooting and security.
C. Permissions
Camera: We request camera access to allow you to take photos of receipts.
Microphone (Optional): We may request microphone access in future updates for voice-to-text features. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
Provide the Service: manage your garage, sync data across devices, and process maintenance reminders.
Improve the AI: Use chat history to provide context-aware answers.
Community Features: If you submit a Manual for the public library, that file is shared with other users (your personal data is removed from the public view of the file).
Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries.
Analytics: Monitor trends to improve App performance.
Aggregated and Anonymized Data: We may de-identify, anonymize, or aggregate your data. We may use this non-identifiable data for any business purpose, including research, generating community benchmarks, displaying average usage statistics to other users, and analyzing market trends. This aggregated information is not considered Personal Data under this Privacy Policy.
3. Data Storage and Security
Supabase: We use Supabase as our backend provider. Your data is stored securely in the cloud. We implement industry-standard security measures (encryption in transit and at rest) to protect your information.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors (e.g., Supabase for hosting, Google/Apple for subscription processing) solely to operate the App.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
5. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data (including AI history, vehicle logs, and receipts) directly within the App settings or by emailing support@d12development.com.
Public Manuals: If you uploaded a Manual that was approved for the public library, that Manual may remain on the platform after your account is deleted, as it is considered a contribution to the community, but it will no longer be linked to your personal identity.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
7. International Transfers
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices in Virginia and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing (such as our cloud providers) are located. This means that this information may be transferred to computers located outside of your state, province, or country.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
